Melanie Ferreira is a board-certified Family Nurse practitioner, having attended Grand Canyon for both her Master and Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Melanie has also received a Bachelor degree in Family Studies and Human Development from ASU in 2004. She has been working in the medical field since 2006 with extensive background in urology, surgical oncology, geriatrics, primary care and preventative health. Melanie’s mission is to deliver honest, passionate, and individualized care to all patients. Melanie is motivated to help her patients feel their best through a holistic approach, and therefore, is committed to focusing on the individual is a whole. She has experience in supplementation, IV therapy and nutritional education. Melanie enjoys hiking, yoga, reading and spending time with her friends and husband. When not caring for patients, she is caring for her four fur babies.
